Sarah has once again had a couple of songs nominated for Triple J's Hottest 100. You can head over to the site and vote for one or both of the songs, which are Sarah's cover of "Bye Bye Pride" and "Planet New Year".

We've heard that Sarah is going to be performing at the New Years Eve show in Sydney. It seems that she is due to perform as part of the pre-midnight show.

Dew Process have contacted me to let me know that Sarah's What The Sea Wants, The Sea Will Have has been released as another deluxe edition available as a download for iTunes. This Deluxe edition includes 7 bonus tracks from Sarah's recent At The Playroom performance. Two of the tracks are previously unheard. You can download the tracks from here

More awards for Sarah. as it seems that in a recent poll by "Australian Musician" magazine, Sarah has been voted Australia's Most Respected Artist. Thanks to Lina for sending in this info.

What The Sea Wants, The Sea Will Have debuted at No. 7 on the ARIA charts and has earned critical acclaim across the nation.

After a stint in the USA completing a residency at New York club The Living Room, Blasko returns to Australia to kick off her biggest headline tour yet on October 9th, taking in theatre venues across the country. Sarah has been also been confirmed for the first announce of both Homebake and the Big Day Out 2008.

You can catch Blasko performing this gem on Sunrise and The Sideshow in early October.

It looks like the re-release of What The Sea Wants, The Sea Will Have is due to be released on the 6th Oct. It's got a re-coloured cover and includes a bonus DVD which contains the videos to the songles and also a commentary from Sarah. JB Hi-Fi are currently taking pre-orders for it.

Well with Sarah now over in the US, it looks like she's lined up some shows over there too.

If you're anywhere near New York in the next few weeks, you should be able to catch her supporting AJ Croce at the Living Room New York.

In more US related news the album What The Sea Wants The Sea Will Have now has a US release date of 11th September.

The first showing to my knowledge of the new Amazing Things viseo clip is to be played between 3-3:30am this Saturday morning on Rage.

Exciting news as it looks like Sarah has added her name to the lineup for Homebake again this year. The event is organised for December so make sure to get your tickets.

Sarah Blasko is giving seven lucky people and their friends the chance to be in the audience at the taping of her performance for the iTunes/Nova/Channel [V] Sessions. With Sarah and band fresh from the Amazing Things Tour and a performance at the Splendour In The Grass festival, a studio audience will be treated to a short set of songs recorded live for this special series of programs. Seven double passes to the event are on offer to fans of Sarah.
